I am the VP of People Culture at Trolley, a series A ($7M) fintech scale-up. Previously, I worked as a Senior Director of People & Talent for the job board Talent.com, a series B ($120M) scale-up. With over 15 years of experience in HR, my expertise lies in end-to-end Talent Management and developing effective people strategies to foster the growth and scalability of high-performing teams. 

I am deeply passionate about supporting tech companies, both startups and scale-ups, in their journey towards success, particularly in preparing them for fundraising rounds. Additionally, I possess international experience, assisting businesses in establishing new entities in diverse regions such as LATAM, APAC, and Europe. 

I’m also a Startup Mentor and HR advisor at Fintech Cadence and Startup Montreal. Furthermore, I hold a Master’s degree in International Business and a Certification in Organizational Development from HEC Montreal.
