I joined Brother Canada in 2015 as the Senior Director, Culture and Talent Management responsible for the strategic talent transformation initiative – “Employee Satisfaction is derived from excellence in management practices and talent management”. My oversight includes areas such as Culture, Human Resources Business Partnership, Payroll, Benefits & Compensation, Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility, Administration and Events. On top of being part of Brother Canada’s Executive Committee, I also sit on the Ethics Committee, the Business Continuity Committee and am Brother’s Communications Officer. When I'm not busy speaking passionately about all things people, you will find me lounging behind a good book.
